Sunflower Seed Roast

Ingredients
1 cup ground walnuts
½cup dry bread crumbs
1 cup milk
3 Tbsp. diced onions
½cup ground sunflower seeds
1 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. Salt
Instructions
- Use blender or food processor to grind walnuts and sunflower seeds.
- Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Pour into small rectangular or square baking dish that has been sprayed or wiped with a non-stick spray.
- Cover and let stand for ½ hour or refrigerate until next day.
- Bake uncovered at 350°F for 1 hour.
Serve with gravy or salsa.
To complete the meal serve with baked russet potatoes, lightly steamed greens and a fresh vegetable salad.
