Chuck's Favorite Granola

Ingredients
7 cups rolled oats
2 cups whole-wheat flour
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup shredded coconut
1-1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup olive oil
3/4 cup honey
4 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Combine oil, honey and vanilla; stir into dry mixture. Mix well, using hands if desired.
- Bake at 250° in 2 glass dishes, 9x12x2 for 2 hours, stirring every 1/2 hour.
- Turn oven off and let sit overnight to dry out.
Store in airtight containers in refrigerator or freezer.
Makes approximately 24 half cup servings.
