Crispy Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
Salad:
½ Large head of cabbage, finely sliced
6 green onions, chopped
2 tbsp. sesame seed
½ cup slivered almonds, toasted
1 package Top Ramen, (any flavor) broken into small pieces
Dressing:
2 tbsp. sugar, honey or other sweetener
½ cup olive oil
3 tbsp. lemon juice or rice vinegar
1 tsp. each - garlic & onion granules, basil, oregano, dry veggie broth, Spike or Mrs. Dash and salt or Bragg's Liquid Aminos
Instructions
- Mix greens together.
- Mix dressing ingredients, chill a few hours or overnight.
- Add dry ingredients just before serving, then add dressing.
I like to put the almonds, sesame seeds and Top Ramen into a small plastic bag together, which it makes it very easy to carry along somewhere.
You can use the prepackaged coleslaw product, but I like it best with the freshly cut cabbage.
