Strawberry Spinach Salad

2 T sesame seeds
1 T poppy seeds
1/2 c honey or sugar
1/2 c olive oil
1 T Balsamic vinegar
3 T fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. vegan Worcestershire sauce
1 T minced dried onion
10 ounces fresh baby spinach
1 quart sliced strawberries
1/4 c almonds, slivered, toasted



In a medium bowl, whisk together the sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sugar or honey, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, paprika, Worcestershire sauce and onion. Cover, and chill for one hour. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, strawberries and almonds. Just before serving pour dressing over salad, and toss.

You can change the type of greens, the nuts and the fruits to fit what you have on hand or prefer.
