Jalapeño Poppers

8 oz. Vegan cream cheese
    (i.e. Tofutti brand)
Handful of jalapeño slices, chopped
50 Wonton wrappers
Oil, as needed for frying



Turn the wrapper so it’s shaped like a diamond. Put about 1 teaspoon cream cheese in the center of a wrapper. Add Jalapeño. Wet the edges of the wrapper with a little water and fold into triangle. Seal edges well, working bubbles out as you go. Heat oil, and fry on medium to medium high heat. Turn after a minute or so. These cook quickly and can be rewarmed in a microwave for 30 seconds.
