Muy Bueño Guacamole

6 cloves garlic
2 tsp. sea salt (optional)
1 15-oz. can white beans, drained
1 avocado
1/2 tsp. chipotle powder or smoked paprika
2 tsp. cumin
1 c cilantro or kale
2 T nutritional yeast
Juice and zest of 2 limes


Process the garlic and salt in a food processor, then add the rest of the ingredients and process until very smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings.  This is lower in calories than standard guacamole and using kale really ups the nutrition. It is great in wraps or on baked potatoes for a complete meal.
